Privacy Notice

Palm Hermit collects only the information needed to operate the requested experience. For the concierge palm reading, that means one palm photo, the delivery channel you choose, your WhatsApp number or email address, submission time, consent version, and operational status.

How Submissions Are Used

Your palm photo and selected contact detail are used to prepare and deliver your personal illustrated palmistry reading. Palmistry is offered for curiosity, entertainment, and personal reflection, not as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or factual forecasting advice.

Access And Providers

Submission photos are stored in a private storage bucket. Request records are stored in the configured database. Operator notifications may be sent through the configured transactional email provider. Access is limited to the people preparing and supporting the reading.

Retention

Palm Hermit prefers deleting source palm photos after fulfilment or within a short operational retention window. Do not rely on automatic deletion unless a confirmed deletion process is active for the current deployment. You may request deletion by contacting Palm Hermit with your submission reference.

What We Do Not Do

Submitted palms are not used as public examples, social media posts, portfolio pieces, marketing material, article illustrations, model training material, or identity recognition data without separate written permission.
