Privacy Notice

Palm Hermit respects your privacy and collects only the minimum information required to deliver your requested report and operate this editorial platform.

Data Collection Inventory

Depending on the service tier or form requested, Palm Hermit collects:

• Contact Details: Your full name and WhatsApp phone number (or email address).
• Birth Details: Date of birth (day, month, year), birth time, and birth city when requested for Numerology or Human Design report synthesis.
• Palm Photos: Left and right palm photos submitted for interpretation.
• Order & Payment Details: Order reference code and payment transfer confirmation forwarded via WhatsApp.

Transmission & Processing Providers

When you submit a reading request, form data and attached palm photos are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS POST to our server and forwarded securely via Resend API to the site operator's administrative inbox (beingwonderfulmuzi@gmail.com).

Submitted photos are strictly used to prepare your individual reading report. They are never published publicly, shared on social media, used in marketing materials, or utilized for machine learning / AI model training without separate, explicit written consent.

Analytics & Session Recording (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to collect site usage analytics (such as page views, scroll depth, and navigation paths) to improve site performance and user experience.

All sensitive form inputs—including name fields, phone numbers, birth dates, birth times, cities, and palm photo submission areas—are configured with strict privacy masking (data-clarity-mask="true"). Microsoft Clarity does not capture or store your personal form inputs or submitted palm images.
