The Solomon Ring is a curved line that arcs around the base of the index finger, encircling the Mount of Jupiter. It is distinct from the heart line (which runs across the whole palm) and from other lines. It is a secondary line, not always present.
Traditionally, the Solomon Ring is a mark of wisdom, intuition, and psychological insight. People with this ring are said to understand others deeply, to read between the lines, and to have a natural talent for counselling, teaching, or healing.
However, the ring has a shadow side. It can indicate emotional sensitivity so acute that it becomes a burden. Difficulty setting boundaries. A tendency to absorb others' emotions. A weight that comes from knowing too much.
